We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal, all paid in US dollars.
2. How much is your shipping?
We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $6.95 for orders under $50 and for orders over $50 you only pay 15% of the order's total. For orders over $100 we pay the shipping! All shipping charges are for unlimited size or unlimited weight. See Policies.
3. Do you offer International Shipping?
Unfortunately we do not ship outside the USA. We only ship within the USA at this time.
4. How do you ship?
All our orders are shipped by UPS insured ground delivery. UPS does not ship to post office boxes. See Policies.
5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
UPS ground delivery normally takes from 7 to 14 business days. All our orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of receiving your order.
6. What is your cancellation policy?
You have 24 hours from the time you place your order, to cancel the order. If your product has already been shipped, you will receive credit for the product minus the shipping charges for delivery and for returning the product. There will also be a 15% restocking fee. This policy requires that the product be returned unopened and in good condition.
7. What if I ordered something that is out of stock?
Unfortunately this sometimes happens. We will refund your money and let you know the estimated date of availability for this product.
8. What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, just notify us within 3 days. We require that you send the damaged product back in ‘as shipped’ condition before the replacement product will be shipped to you. See Policies.
9. What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, return it to us within 30 days from the date you placed your order. Contact us and let us know that you will be returning the product and why. We will refund the purchase price, minus the shipping charges. Any orders returned over $50 will be charged a 20% restocking fee. The product must be returned in ‘as shipped’ condition; in the original box with all paperwork (copy of your invoice or packing slip), along with all parts to be sure to get your entire refund.

10. What if I do not receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 14 days, contact us so that we can trace your order and get it to you as soon as possible.
11. What is your privacy policy?
We only collect information from you that we need to process your order and to be able to contact you. We do not share this information with anyone! See Policies.
