Shipping (USA Only)
All products are shipped through U.P.S. ground services, insured at no extra cost. Our rates are as follows if shipped to one address, regardless of the weight or size of the order with a few exceptions.
Up to $50: $6.95 flat rate
Over $50: 15% or your orders total cost. (Example-$50 pays $7.50)
Over $100: You pay nothing! We do!
Your product will be shipped to you within 3 days of receiving your order. We are not responsible for delays due to weather or other circumstances. Our product comes from our California warehouse. All orders should be received within 7-14 days of placing the order. West coast customers will generally receive their product faster than customers on the East coast. U.P.S. delivers Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with every product that you purchase from CoastlineTreasures.com. That is why we offer a 30-day money back guarantee! If not completely satisfied with your product, you may return your product within 30 days from the date you placed your order. Please contact us and let us know that you will be returning the product and why. We will refund the purchase price, minus the shipping charges. Any orders returned over $50 will be charged a 20% restocking fee. The product must be returned in ‘as shipped’ condition; in the original box with all paperwork (copy of your invoice or packing slip), and all parts to be sure to get your entire refund.
Backorders/Out of Stock
Unfortunately this sometimes happens. We will refund your money and let you know the estimated date of availability for this product. We will only bill you for the product shipped.
Privacy Policy
When you order from our store, we need certain information to be able to process your order. We need your address for shipping purposes, billing information and an email address in case we need to contact you. Our store does not collect any credit card information. We use Paypal for our credit card processing which uses industry standard SSL encryption methods to protect your personal information.
